In my day to day work at TUI Travel and being responsible for driving the global (technology) innovation and vision for a new role out in all TUI source markets, the semantic web as being the entire web of linked data has never been so close to me as it is in my current role. The opportunity and technology being able to link data instead of documents. The semantic web is about meaning and understanding and that is just what I love working on.
